Your first check-in marks the beginning of your 1st step. First step
After checking in, you’ll have access to your weekly "Step" - a weekly lesson full of guidance and support. Each Step covers an important aspect of weight loss (portions, stress, dining out, etc.) and was developed by nutrition and weight management experts who understand the challenges of losing weight.
Moving forward, you’ll check in with myalliplan once a week to record your progress, get immediate feedback, and read the next Step.

You'll learn about building a healthier relationship with food, how to plan alli capsule-friendly meals, get in the habit of writing things down – as well as other great tips and tricks to get you moving in the right direction. As you get ready to start your reduced-calorie, low-fat diet, visit the meal plan tool to see what ingredients you’ll need. Fill out your shopping list so you know what to buy. And start clearing out your refrigerator and pantry to make room for healthy and delicious low-fat foods!
